Why we also call this captains route?

We call this route "Captains Route" because we prepared this itinerary with close cooperation with one of the most experienced captains in Croatia. In this itinerary you will be able to check all most famous places in Croatia, such as “Golden Bay” on Brač, one of the most famous islands in the world Hvar and the Croatian favorite island – Vis.
Captains route is the perfect combination of famous places, which are a MUST SEE DESTINATIONS IN CROATIA, hidden bays and villages, where the nature will take you breath away and Towns, where you can check Croatian night life or archeology sights. We mark the quality of the route, regarding how many pictures the clients take in 7 days. This is the route that wins it.

ROUTE DESCRIPTION
Saturday: STOBREČ - TROGIR
Stobreč is old Greek city very easy going and away from heavy crowds in Split and Trogir, where over 100 ships have departures on Saturday. This way your check in will be very easy going. Boarding on ship is at around 17.00. Upon your arrival, crew will take care of your luggage while you will be enjoying your welcome drink. When you will be accommodated ship will set sail for Trogir port.  After 3 hours of nice cruise and steady winds we will come to Trogir, which will now already be empty as more then 50 ships leaves from there till around 14.00 in the afternoon. After that it all depends from you. Gulet can be either moored in harbor and you check this really beautiful town, or you can go on anchor a bit outside of Trogir and spend the night at ease under million of stars. 

Early arrivals: you can leave your luggage on board, and go take a swim on a near by beach till your gulet is ready. We can also organize you a daily trip to Split, where a guide will show you an old city centre.

Sunday: TROGIR – ŠOLTA (Nečujam) – BRAČ (Milna)

Sunday: Today’s destinations are Šolta and Brač Islands.  We will leave Trogir after breakfast and will arrive to Šolta (Nečujam) in around 2 hours of easy going cruise. While the cook will prepare your lunch, you will have all the time in the world to explore crystal clear sea and check flora and fauna of Island Šolta. There is no mass tourism there so the nature is 100% preserved.
After great lunch you will lay down on sun mattresses on a gulet, while captain will take you to Milna on Brač. On anchor, this is perfect place to be. It is very easy going nobody will disturb you...you can choose either to go visit this small town with nice restaurants and bars or take an easy walk and fill your lounges with fresh air and smell of pine trees. They say Milna is like St Tropez forty years ago!

Monday: BRAČ (Milna) – STONČICA BAY – VIS (Vis)

From Milna we will need a couple of hours to get to VIS. But before we get there, we will make a stop in incredible bay – STONČICA. This bay has really unique lighthouse and it is the perfect chance to try out the hamburger ride, which you can find on board the gulet. Watersport, diving and exploring this bay will make you hungry. After lunch, we will set sails to VIS.
Vis has it all. You can have a great party, go check several historical sites or enjoy old city.

Tuesday: VIS – KORČULA (Vela luka)

After a swimming break, water sports and catching sun we shall cruise to the island of Korcula and to Vela Luka. The town lies in a deeply recessed and protected cove on the west side of the island. After staying a night exploring busy VIS, we will take a brake from crowds in Vela Luka.

Wednesday: VELA LUKA – PAKLENI ISLANDS

The most popular beaches of the town Hvar are situated on the Pakleni islands. The name of this tiny archipelago (about twenty islets right opposite the town of Hvar) which extends undulating along the south side of Hvar comes from the word "paklina" (melted pine resin for 'rasping' boat plating). This archipelago is the most beautiful part of the Hvar riviera and can be easily reached by frequent taxi boats from the harbour, just outside the Arsenal.
Pakleni islands have numerous bathing places and a myriad of small, secluded beaches.
In the evening, you can also go check out the town Hvar, but spending the evening and the night in safe bay around Pakleni islands, is something truly special!

Thursday: PAKLENI ISLANDS – QUIET BAY – HVAR (Starigrad)

This is the best day for taking pictures. If weather conditions will allow it, we will raise the sails, and captain will give the group the lessons so they will also be able to participate. Aftzer sailing in the perfect nature of Pakleni islands, we will go to place called Tiha Uvala (Quiet Bay) for the lunch.
In the evening, we will try to avoid main city Hvar. Hvar is incredibly crowded in the summer, and it can happen you will be ship no.7 or no.10 in a row. So instead of climbing 10 ships to come to the harbor, we will go to town Starigrad, also on Hvar. From there it is 15 minutes drive with a Car to Hvar town. On the other hand Starigrad also has a lot to offer, so you can experience 2 very nice towns in 1 night out.

Friday: STARIGRAD –ISLAND BRAČ (Bol) – ISLAND BRAČ (Pučišče)

After breakfast we shall raise anchor and head towards the last island of our trip, Brač. The Island offers everything one needs for an unforgettable holiday in an unspoiled natural environment. Rich cultural and historic heritage that dates back to pre-historic times, unique gastronomy, beautiful beaches and bays, crystal blue sea, high quality accommodation in private facilities and the hospitality of the local people.
While during the day, you will check the most famous point in Croatia after Dubrovnik (Golden Bay on Bol) in the night you will enjoy your list night in Pučišče village, away from mass tourism and heavy crowds.

Early in the morning while cruising to Stobreč and enjoying breakfast on board, only thing that will be on your mind will be which route you should do next year. Disembarkation will be after breakfast at around 9:00 in the morning.
