DALMATIAN ISLANDS BLUE VOYAGE
Check in by 2:00 pm. You will have time to settle in your cabins and enjoy the traditional welcome drink. Dinner will be served on board. You will spend the night in Milna.
Milna is located on the western part of the island Brač, 18 kilometres from Supetar. It is famous for its marvellous bay in which the ships of the Emperor Diocletian had found a secure harbour during the time of the building of his palace in Split.
Day 2: Sunday / MILNA, BRAČ – VIS
After breakfast we will sail to Vis – the most distant of all islands of the Central Dalmatian archipelago. As well as for its cultural wealth and historical heritage, Vis is also well-known for its natural beauty.
The Greek writer Agatarhid said that the wine from Vis was, compared to all others, better. The most famous authentic white wine is definitely the famous Vis Vugava and you can try it in numerous restaurants and cellars on the island.
We will spend the night in Vis. Breakfast and lunch will be served on the boat.
Day 3: Monday / VIS – HVAR
After breakfast follows the departure for the Devil Islands which are unique and the most recognisable natural beauty of Hvar.
Lunch is served on board. In the afternoon or early evening: transfer with the dinghy to the town of Hvar. This is a great town which has a vivid nightlife and many good restaurants specialized in local cuisine. You spend the night anchored.
Day 4: Tuesday / HVAR – KORČULA
Our journey continues and we sail to the island of Korčula, the birthplace of Marco Polo. The Dalmatian coast and the islands were part of the Venetian Republic in 1413. You can explore the city of Korčula and enjoy dinner in one of many small restaurants in the harbour. You spend the night in Korčula. Breakfast and lunch will be served on the boat.
Day 5: Wednesday / KORČULA – LOVIŠTE, PELJEŠAC
After breakfast, you will sail to the island of Pelješac. Lunch is served on board.
Afternoon is free for individual activities; sightseeing or swimming. In the evening you will enjoy the Captain’s dinner with Dalmatian gourmet dishes. You will spend the night in Lovište.
Lovište is a small town situated in one of the most beautiful bays on Pelješac. It is connected with it by an asphalt road that connects other resorts on the island such as Ston, Viganj and Kućište. The climate in Lovište is ideal for Bath tourism. The main bay always has warmer sea and the number of sun hours goes over 3000.
Day 6: Thursday / PELJEŠAC – JELSA, HVAR
After breakfast, you will sail to the island of Hvar. On the way there we will make stops in various bays for swimming and sunbathing. Lunch is served on board. In the afternoon you will sail to Jelsa. Evening is free for individual activities. You will spend the night in Jelsa.
Jelsa is a small town situated in the bay on the northern coast of the central part of the island of Hvar. It borders with the two highest peaks on the island: St. Nicolas on the west and Hum on the east. Jelsa consists of two main parts: Vela Banda on the southern coast and Mala Banda on the northern. Jelsa is an important tourist centre which has a rich tradition in tourism (the oldest hotel Jadran was built in 1911). The town has been well-known for its quality red wine for a long time.
Day 7: Friday / JELSA, HVAR – BOL, BRAČ – SPLIT OR ŠOLTA
Breakfast is served on board. Departure for Bol, and you will have an opportunity to swim and sunbathe on the most beautiful beach of the Adriatic coast – Zlatni rat (Golden Cape). It is a narrow white pebble beach on a promontory near Bol, located on the southern coast of the island of Brač. The shape of the beach shifts with the changes in tide, currents and wind.
The beach is bordered by a pine tree grove in which one can find remnants of a Roman villa rustica, including the swimming pool.
The promontory is protected as a geomorphological phenomenon.
After lunch we will sail to Split, our final destination. Depending on your outbound flight we can spend your last night on the island of Šolta instead in Split.
Day 8: Saturday / SPLIT
Breakfast is served on board. The check-out time is until 9:00 am.
